Zac Efron might be returning to Disney years after his success in ‘High School Musical’. The star is allegedly on board to star in the remake of 1987 comedy, ‘Three Men And A Baby’. The movie was a remake of a French film and starred Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg, and Ted Danson. The story is about three bachelorettes who have to take care of an infant.
The movie back in 1987 was a major hit and Disney’s first live-action movie to make more than $100 million nationally. The 2020 remake is being produced by Gordon Gray, who last made ‘The Way Back’ starring Ben Affleck. The previous version was directed by Leonard Nimoy but the director of the new remake is not yet decided.
Will Rachel is the writer of ‘Three Men And A Baby’ remake but there’s no information on what changes are made to the actual script. Zac Efron is pretty excited to return to Disney after almost a decade. He was last seen in ‘Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile’ as the serial killer Ted Bundy.
Zac Efron was also seen in ‘Beach Bum’ along with Mathew McConaughey and in the Netflix documentary series, ‘Down To Earth’. In the documentary, Zac is exploring sustainability around the world.
