When stars enter the hit dance reality contest, ‘Dancing with the Star’, they come with the intention to win. However, to win that trophy, they have to go through some intense hard work, practice sessions and workouts. As a result? There might just be one winner but the rest lose more than the competition – their weight! Here are some stars who lost weight remarkably on the show.
- Marie Osmond
The singer competed in the show in 2007 for DWTS season 5 and by the end of four months, she lost 45 pounds. She said in interview that people can lose weight for many reasons, but the right reason should always be to stay healthy.
2. Kirstie Alley
The ‘Cheers’ star took double advantage of the show by competing in its two seasons. While on DTWS season 12, Kirstie lost 100 pounds and re-entered the competition for All-Stars season 15.
3. Jesse Metcalfe
Jesse is on week two of the show currently and he’s doing pretty fine. Moreover, the ‘Chesapeake Show’ star says that he already lost around 8 pounds and even his posture feels a lot better now. We wish Jesse all the best for his next performance!
4. Kaitlyn Bristowe
The ‘Bachelorette’ alum known how reality show works. Hence, even before setting food on DTWS stage, she started her intense workout. She updated her progress photo-journal on her Instagram and says that she feels strong enough to start dancing.
