When you get an amazing deal, you catch it. Kris Jenner knows how to manage her business better than anyone else. So, when she got the deal to sell her amazing mansion at Hidden Hill, California, she took it immediately. She has sold her farmhouse-esque residence for $15 million to Katharina Harf.
Katharina Harf is the daughter of Peter Harf, CEO of Coty Inc. that recently bought Kylie Cosmetics for $600 million – in cash. Kris Jenner’s beautiful abode was near to her daughter, Kim Kardashian, and son-in-law, Kanye West’s house. The grand residence has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The property is spread across 1.28 acres of land and has double-story foyer, home theater, private gym, and den with bar. The house is amazingly designed with little separation between the living area and patio. The chef’s kitchen is covered with marble top and hardwood cabinets.
Kris Jenner had bought the house back in 2017 for $9,925,000. Waldo Fernandez, Tommy Clements, and Kathleen designed the stunning space. She wanted her house to feel like a sanctuary and looking at the pictures, we can say it feels exactly that.
