JoJo Fletcher is replacing Chris Harrison as the host of ‘The Bachelorette’ season 16. JoJo will be filling his shoes just temporarily. The reason is that Harrison recently had to take a trip to Texas. He did that to drop off his son to Texas Christian University. As per precautionary protocols now, because Harrison has traveled during the pandemic, he needs to isolate himself.
He is currently quarantining for fourteen days. During this period, JoJo Fletcher has come forward to fill the space for Harrison. As it turns out, the switch was pre-planned. The makers knew about Harrison’s plan and had already considered Fletcher for the task. She will be hosting the show for a few episodes before Harrison returns.
JoJo Fletcher, as you all know, is no stranger to the show. JoJo appeared in ‘The Bachelorette’ season 12 and got engaged to Jordan Rodgers. JoJo and Jordan were all set to get married in June but, the pandemic has delayed the wedding as of now.
‘The Bachelorette’ has taken all the necessary precautions before starting the shoot. They were all quarantined for 14 days straight in a resort in La Quinta, CA. Chris Harrison updated a picture with his son on his Instagram and expressed how proud he is for his son!
