Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Not just him, sadly, family has tested positive too. Johnson says that he would have been fine if it was just him and not his family. His family includes his wife, Lauren Hashian, and his two daughters, Jasmine, 4, and Tiana, 2.

The symptoms have been more effective on Dwayne and his wife. However, the actor says that he has been feeling much better now. He shared the news on Thursday on his Instagram account. He says that he wants to update his fans on what’s happening with him. He informed that he has not been socially active because his family tested corona-positive.

He said that struggling with the virus is more dangerous and challenging than any other difficulties that he has faced so far. It is worse than injuries, being broke (which he says he has been multiple times), or any professional failure. It is so because the main priority during COVID-19 becomes the safety of your loved ones.

Dwayne contracted the virus from a family friend. He asks his fans to be more alert about their safety and their gatherings. The ‘Jumanji’ star requests everyone to wear masks, maintain social distancing and sanitize their hands. The actor and his family have recovered and are no longer contagious.
