Denise Richards Explains Why She Left ‘RHOBH’ On ‘The Real’

‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ had not been kind to Denise Richards, especially in the last season. However, no one really expected her to actually leave the show. But, she did. And, she explains why she did that to her friend, Garcelle Beauvais on ‘The Real’.

Garcelle has joined the talk show as the new co-host after the departure of Amanda Seales. She is hosting the show along with Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, and Adrienne Houghton. In the sneak peek of the upcoming episode, Denise is heard saying that it was a tough decision for her to leave the show.

RHOBH season 10 was mostly at the expense of Denise Richards. There was an allegation of her affair with Brandi Glanville that divided the entire cast in pro and anti-Denise teams. However, Denise denied the allegations completely. Then, she was accused of being a hypocrite when she mentioned her discomfort with ‘threesome’ being discussed at her party.

Her peers pointed out that it was always Denise sharing private conversations in the first place. These reasons added up to Richards’ untimely exit. Host Andy Cohen also announced that the show and Denise couldn’t reach to a mutual agreement for the next season. Denise had all appreciation in the world for Garcelle’s friendship. However, when asked if Garcelle will continue the show as she said wouldn’t without Denise, Garcelle was quick to reply that she will.
