Keke Palmer is no stranger to making and breaking records. She is determined to keep raising the bar and push her limits at every point. The Harvey, Illinois, born actress and singer started has career by starring in ‘Barbershop 2: Back in Business’ in 2004. She later starred on her own show, ‘True Jackson VP’ that aired on Nickelodeon in 2008.
Palmer later became the first Black woman to play Cinderella on Broadway. She also earned her own BET Talk Show. She continued to raise the bar and starred in projects like ‘Scream Queens’, ‘Star’, and more. She created another landmark in her career by launching her very own record label, Big Boss Entertainment.
Keke said that Big Boss Entertainment is about empowering herself and her peers. She wanted to let other young budding artists know that they no longer have to do things the old way. She says that through Big Boss Entertainment, she can expand her opportunities and talent in broader ways.
After adding so many feathers of achievement in her story, she is all set to push her boundaries once again. The talented VMA host said that she some plans on what she wants to do next. Interestingly, it is comedy! Keke Palmer says that she has always wanted to try her hands on stand-up comedy and she just might, soon!
